ptriinnovation.com is a static site. It has no user accounts, no database and no server-side logic of its own. In practice that means:
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore makes a request to Google's servers, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request, as it would for any site using the service.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested file) for security and reliability, as essentially all web hosting does. We do not analyse these logs to build any profile of you.
If you email us, we hold that email — and whatever you chose to put in it — in our mailbox so we can reply to you.
No accounts. No sign-in. No analytics. No advertising. No tracking. No crash reporting. The app makes no network requests of any kind and is fully playable in aeroplane mode.
Beamfall saves your progress using the operating system's standard local app storage. That is the only data the app creates, and it never leaves your phone:
This data is not uploaded, not backed up to us — we operate no servers for this app — not shared and not sold. Deleting the app deletes it permanently. Because there is no account, progress does not transfer between devices.
Beamfall contains no third-party advertising, analytics, social or crash-reporting SDKs. No third party receives any information about you through this app.
PTRI Innovation also builds products that genuinely do need accounts and server-side data to work — Voyagea, Dwello and Ptrionix among them. Those are separate services with their own data practices, and each is governed by its own privacy policy rather than this page.

Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR (Europe), PIPEDA (Canada), India's DPDP Act and the CCPA (California) give you rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data an organisation holds about you, and to object to its processing.
For this website and for Beamfall, we hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to retrieve, correct or erase. The only data Beamfall creates is the progress file on your own device, which is entirely under your control and is removed when you delete the app.
If you have emailed us, you can ask us to delete that correspondence at any time and we will.
Beamfall is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Because the app collects no data at all, it collects no data from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website either.
If our products change in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes to how a shipped app handles data would also be described in that app's release notes.
